Fish live in the deep water of the unconscious: they are hidden feelings, intuitions and the abundance of life below the surface. In many traditions they are also a sign of fertility, luck and spiritual nourishment.
When the dream feels light
Catching or seeing living fish promises abundance, insight from the depths, even a pregnancy or a new beginning.
When the dream feels dark
Dead fish or murky water point to feelings you have neglected or an opportunity that has passed.
Ask yourself
What is moving below the surface of my feelings?
