Smoke is the sign that something is burning, but it also hides and blurs. It can be an offering rising to heaven, or confusion that keeps you from seeing.
When the dream feels light
Smoke rising straight to the sky speaks of prayer heard and something released.
When the dream feels dark
Thick smoke points to confusion, hidden danger or a conflict that is smouldering.
Ask yourself
What is smouldering behind the smoke?

The card of this dream
Seven of Cups. Visions and illusions: many choices, few of them real. A man stands before seven cups floating in the clouds, each holding a vision: a castle, jewels, a laurel wreath, a dragon, a snake, a head, a veiled figure. It is fantasy, illusion and too many options.
