A church or temple is the sacred space: faith, conscience, community and the search for meaning. It may also stand for tradition and the rules you grew up with.
When the dream feels light
A bright church or a calm prayer promises peace, protection and spiritual answers.
When the dream feels dark
A ruined or closed church points to a crisis of faith, guilt or conflict with tradition.
Ask yourself
What is sacred to me now?

The card of this dream
The Hierophant. Tradition, teaching and the wisdom of those who walked before you. The Hierophant blesses two kneeling followers between the pillars of the temple, the crossed keys at his feet. He is tradition, teaching, institutions and shared belief: learn from a master, follow the proven way, seek counsel.
