The horse is vital force, instinct and freedom, the power that carries you forward. How you ride it shows how you handle your own energy and drive. A white horse is often a sign of spiritual strength; a wild one, of passion.
When the dream feels light
Riding a calm horse speaks of control, progress and energy that serves you well.
When the dream feels dark
A runaway or kicking horse means your instincts or passions are carrying you where you do not want to go.
Ask yourself
Am I riding my strength, or is it running away with me?

The card of this dream
The Chariot. Victory through will, opposing forces harnessed to one direction. The Chariot advances, its rider armored and crowned, drawn by a black and a white sphinx that he steers by will alone. It is victory through discipline: hold opposites in check, set a direction, and move forward.
