What the old book says (L. Dow Balliett, The Philosophy of Numbers, 1908): Joyful service. 6 is the Saturday of the week, when the work is nearly done: it puts things in their place, cares for home and children, and must work cheerfully or not at all. Balliett gives it a calm foresight of coming events. Its colours are orange, scarlet and heliotrope.
Where the idea comes from
